So this was the huge news we were all waiting for?More dilution to pay for an audit and the rest to pay Robert for doing what?And we still haven't even got to the other billion shares they want to add to the pile!Who honestly believes this share price will increase to the 30 cent range some of you are forecasting?Do you think the share price will increase on zero revenue,zero profit,the only ones making any money off this company are the insiders bleeding it dry.A market cap of 450 million at 30 cent shares ain't happening,I hope I'm wrong but I've been holding my breath for 3 weeks and still the halt keeps going!

I'm not to certain on these guys anymore either I have 110,000 Shares and when this fires back up I may pull my shares to see what happens prier to the vote.
