Only shareholders of record

Meeting not until June.  If they want to move up off of the Venture exchange, they need min $1 share price at consistent pace.  Hopefully, news in next cople of weeks and months will push us towards that without any consolidation.  Or minimize the 1- ? at a lower rate.

 I think CLAS has 500 million shares out roughly, probably want to be around 100 - 150 so a 5-1 would be reasonable.  Only IF that share price comes in north of $1.  So, we would have to be at .20 atleast. A smaller float, gives them leverage to raise capital down the road.  There are arguments on both sides, better % increase in profit for shareholder if this explodes as a
