Buy a bunch of swamp land and miss on every drill program for Gold.
Make a video telling investors XTT has a ¨restrained property portfolio¨, its market conditions driving share price down and it is not management's fault.
Buy more over priced land with working Capital left @ $500K, leaving no money to drill.
Realize that stock is 2 cents after buying overpriced, unvalidated, lithium land and it is virtually impossible to raise money for a future drill program.
Thinks a reverse stock split, artificially raising share price to 10 cents is a great idea to dupe future investors to invest money for a drill program.
