("Cielo" or the "Company") On March 14, 2016 Cielo signed a multi-year feedstock agreement with Parkland Chips Products (Parkland or the Supplier). This contract allows Cielo to purchase enough sawdust and wood shavings to supply 50-100% of the feedstock requirements for the first unique commercial waste to renewable diesel refinery.
