RE:Re: Nrws releae 0% loan. Huh. You missed the part where they pay 800k and 700k in fees. That's 1.5 million. That's 15% fees. 15% interest is huge and it's a fee so their not able to pay down a loan with monthly rates quicker to save money.
Doesn't look like a very good deal to me, and a portion of it is to pay off another secured lender. If their paying 15% on this money I wonder what the secured lenders rates are at this time. 20%. Mise well have applied for a credit card.
Money right now is as cheap as it's ever been so to pay 15% fee is expensive and if they are not able to pay it back within 12 months, chances are their going to have to refi at an even larger rate.
I don't like the terms, although it's not about what I like. It's about if the market likes it and the stock goes up. That's all I care about.
A non interest bearing loan, only upfront fee of 1.5 million able to be paid back at any time without penalty in their statement. Who in the right mind takes a fee loan out for 12 months with no monthly accrued interest and pays it back early. Is that smoke and mirrors in the statement. Gees.
