RE:RE:RE:Management Team

RE:RE:RE:Management TeamRUEI was set up essentially as a financing entity, so I don't believe that the "poaching talent" carries much weight.

You are underestimating Robins accomplishments.

I'm assuming that Don Allan has substantial expertise in the company that he took 17 years to build.  He's likely looking for a competent person, that he can work well with and considering the incredible worload of the current Cielo team.

There could be potential pitfalls to bring in someone completely external to the company, at this point in it's development.

Cielo imo is a small cap late stage development company.  They need to fully prove their technology, hopefully their technology will be fully proven in a few months.  Until then, I'm looking for indirect signs that progress to the successful development of their technology is there.

One of those signs is that people that work at first, at arms length with the company, in time want to stake their entire career there ie. Robins, U of Calgary collaboration team members.

For me, that is bullish.

In the future as Cielo expands, I believe that they will hire substantial external executives.

In addition, we're in the middle of a global pandemic.  I'm glad that Cielo was able to obtain the talent that they needed.
