RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:convertible debtI can't name "just one" micro-cap company that has engaged in similar practices................since I'd estimate that over 90% of small cap companies have engaged in similar practices in relation to; company financing, warrants, options, granting financial incentives to the original founding company members (these founding members have literally mortgaged their houses and their futures to invest in their company when no one else would).
You make it sound as if CMC has irreparably damaged the company's financing with the offering that you are referring to or for that matter every other financial metric that you cite.
Going forward, the financial points that you raise are generally irrelevant to the future prospects of this company.
Again, you seem incredibly naive when it comes to the real world dealings of small cap companies. Also, have seen how the mega cap companies operate ie. how the founders with a small minority shareholder stake maintain the majority control of the company, granting of millions of dollars of shares to "friends" etc. etc.
Since you have virtually nothing positive to say about Cielo, I'm curious as to what your position is in this company; no position, short or long.
BTW, I am long Cielo.
