Your post references proof that there is a risk the current JV partners can't get the funding......welll what information do you have that specifically illustrates that the current JV partners can't get the funding? Are you an involved in these negotiations? Are you a consultant working for Cielo or the JV partners? Do you work for a finance company that denied the funding request of the JV partner? If you have no direct knowledge of the financing negotiations, I cannot understand how you can make the claim of proof of risk......risk exists every day for every person in every circumstance in life.....whether a given risk has a likelihood of becoming realized is entirely a different matter.
Let me illustrate. Risk exists that a person could be struck by a vehicle whenever crossing a street. The risk or likehood of such an event is lessened if someone looks both ways before crossing a street. The risk is heightened if one was to simply cross without looking. The point is risk exists in either circumstance however the likelihood of a tragic event occurring is considerably different between scenarios.
So I ask you, post what proof you have to believe that there is a genuine risk the JV partners can't get the funding....
