Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. V.CMC

Alternate Symbol(s):  CWSFF | V.CMC.WT

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

I can't disagree with any of your comments, I too do not know all the details.  Even when I speak of selling direct, I do not necessarily mean literally directly. They may cut the deal directly for PR purposes  everything MAY handled through 3rd parties, even feedstock purchases. They did state their intentions though to be close to feedstock to reduce costs and use rail/truck for those locations not near pipelines.  This seems to make sense given the small footprint of a single plant.  (I have heard through sources of one deal/plant in a remote location where finished fuel is very expensive due to transportation costs, will be interesting to see if that materializes.). For those locations that have multiple plants planned, I'm sure they will try to be near pipes.  Much to learn about this company although I must admit I know more here than any other past investments.  I do take comfort watching and reading some of the intelligent posts here and other boards as more and more people are looking at this with different eyes, different questions.

One final note,
