You are correct. I've switched from expecting $8.00 next year to bashing. Not good for McWhirter to take my call or others yesterday after "pounding the table" and stating a $8.00 target.
The news release says 3 engineer companies. I say 1 engineer company would be issues that might be resolved. 2 engineer companies would be serious issues. 3 engineer companies would be grasping for straws.
I hope everyone the best on here but I'm out on basically a break even. This could totally tank if not resolved this month. If a engineer has a solution than I would suspect it will take major time to resolve and proof it. I don't expect many who sold to get back in. Also doesn't help matters when insiders are selling including a engineer.
