As far as not taking a call, is it not possible that he can only get to so many callers in the queue? They do have limited time after all.
As far as not mentioning Cielo, I was a little bit surprised by that and I don't know the reasons for it. Maybe he is also disappointed by the delay and is waiting for it to drift a little lower so that he can accumulate more. Anyway, we can't only focus on McWhirter; Penny Queen still seems very bullish on the company and among all of her Penny stocks, she believes that it has the potential to be her biggest win. Also, the one analyst that is currently covering it has a $1.70 price target on it, which is certainly conservative given many of the other projections out there.
The recent board member addition and other announcements with respect to securing property are also positive. Furthermore, my son is a chemical engineer, so he probably understands more about the chemical/technical aspects of the business than I or anyone else on this board does. Based upon the recent update, he is not overly concerned. The sky is not falling. Just be patient.
