The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

Is it lifted? Usualy they'd have a PR saying it is. To me its still pending removal. I agree with your other statemetns though. 

The CEO and the CFO pursuant to the MCTO, and the insiders of the Company as imposed by the Company, continue to be under a trading blackout as previously disclosed until the MCTO is lifted by the BCSC.
