RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WE'VE BEEN LUCKY TO LOAD UP AGAIN ! NOW A LITTLE WAIT .This "peoples" knows very well how to read. And write. And rather than post what I "believe" or rely on what some other schmuck "believes" I contact the company. Why don't you try doing the same? It is possible the management "believe" the MCTO was automatically lifted when they filed and they are wrong. It's also possible it has been lifted and for some strange reason, management didn't think it was a material fact because "everybody knows" it came off when the sedar filing was receipted. In any case, I expect to see no insider buying or selling at such a critical juncture. Either way, with so much at stake in the short term, management either knows more than most investors, or the expectation is they do so regulators will be unhappy with any trades in the market. Buy or sell.

The MCTO does not affect the ability of shareholders who are not insiders of the Company to trade their common shares of the Company. The CEO and the CFO pursuant to the MCTO, and the insiders of the Company as imposed by the Company, continue to be under a trading blackout as previously disclosed until the MCTO is lifted by the BCSC.
I believe they wii put out a release when it is lifted Papi
