this person must be in a hurry to sell is half million shares ......

I keep hearing May 6th as magic date, not much will change. I realize warrants will expire. They will all be exercised prior, probably majority already are exercised. So the owners of the warrants will hold shares, not sure how this changes anything. It's not like they have to have all their shares sold before that date.
