Frankfurt delisting

Hi any european investors in this board, I got a message from my broker that Cielo is getting delisted by the frankfurt exchange. From tomorrow I can't buy shares on there and I have until 18 August to sell my shares. This is due to Cielo not having a Legal Entity Identifier number. I've asked the company if they are going to apply for one to remain listed, am waiting for a response and will post here if I hear anything. Don't want to have to sell and then buy on the tsvx with such a volatile share price, the chance of a significant news release coming out and a capital gain tax exposure to needlessly arise. Volume wise its not so important at the moment for the company to remain since exchange uplisting (as only 167k shares traded on frankfurt today).

I'm still waiting for a reply from the company. I like frankfurt as it's easier for me to trade with my system than with my broker's tsxv functionality. For me (and some other european investors) it is a convenience issue (with regards to admin and we couldn't previously trade cse shares so built our positions up over time). For the company it's not a big deal, frankfurt ...more

There's no news about this on the Frankfurt exchange and it shows it's still trading. This should be a "don't care" as far as stock price is concerned. It's likely due to the delisting on CSE and listing on TSX-V that there's some legal change needed for the other exchanges. Anyone on teh Frankfurt exchange can always shift to the TSX-V.

It's not bad or inconvenient for you unless you trade there. It's delisted (along with loads of other stocks) due to a regulation which is messy. I wouldn't be surprised that now with tsxv volume picking up so much that they don't bother with frankfurt due to costs but i would like it if they kept it for convenience. No real impacts on share price.
