How does one file a complaint against this company?
Had DA return my calls on 3 different occasions and telling me share price would be over a dollar by Christmas 2021, and $3 in later 2022

Call your mom. Nobody else gives a sheet. Not the regulators, not anyone on any social media platform. I doubt he said those exact words/numbers but his irrational exuberance is why he's been replaced. Why would anyone at any company return a call to any angry shareholder? Ever?
