Fair value much lower than current stock price

You are buying hope at these levels.  Canadian government investment helps but new product launch, if any, still at least 1-2 years away.  Current business horrible.  MD&A says factory practically shut down.  They don't lose much money but at these stock prices need to see better business to justify valuation

I agree with that assessment. At this price, i need to see some growth taking place because it is baked into the price. they do pay consistent dividend but if they continue to make a loss then i can see the dividend being eliminated. One thing i also learned about this company is that their business model is not one where much recurring revenue occurs. They are a one time sale business. This is ...more

They have been successfully profitable for over 10 years now. They have many repeat customers as well. Only reason for non profitability at this point is money spent on innovation as they want new technology to grow the company. The venture lacks companies who pay dividends and are profitable, CCOM is a needle in a haystack for what they have done here compared to the cesspool of terrible ...more

I agree that they're a good solid company. But a growing company they're not..  They have had no blowout quarter, or yoy, qoq sales increase to raise eyebrows.  Their new products may bring a diverse customer base (which is quite honestly needed), but that new customer base will still take time to be big enough to rival their existing business which is mainly reliant on oil ...more
