The selling is easily rationalized.
Tax loss selling coupled with strategic shorting is dampening the share price.
A lot of stock was bought above 50 cents and its prudent to crystallize the losses
as the licensing time frame is starting to drag.
However, at some point a rebound will take place and the selling pressure will convert
to pronounced buying pressure.
