Also , I could add : he cashed out his equity in his California assets about 1.5 year ago.He probably knew what he wanted to do with the proceeds.One reason we have heard in the industry is that he plans to "open" / set up a new greenhouse for propagation of vegetables.The HNL cannot supply enough ,compared to what the local ( and less local ) businesses need.They had to refuse some customers , including some longtime customers.I do not know why that endeavour seems to be on a back burner so to speak.
In the industry , HNL has a very solid reputation regarding quality and professionalism.
