On CSE, what is the lowest point a stock can go ?

On CSE, what is the lowest point a stock can go ?

Basic question, but what I mean is can it list at 0.005 $ ? Half cent ? Could it go in theory to quarter of a cent ?

At this point, it is already so low, all the money I put in there is lost....75%  I'm staying until the end if comes to that. In theory, with October coming, things should slowly get better.... but the thing that wories me is:

- We never sold that oil ?

- We never announced any agreement with any companies for our weed or edibles factory

Or do you guys think they have a queue of good news and they will strategicaly unleash news every week starting october or november ?
