RE:RE:RE:Heyyyy

You're right, Edibles is the only true option and the only light I see. I would go with what you suggest at the end, shutter what burns money and make money with the factory. We'll know before christmas if we lose it all. SP will either got to near 0 or 5-7 cents..... even 7 seems like a huge stretch now though.

We miracles and business agreement and a license. We'll see after that where that brings us.

Agreed Seb, the runway is short. 6 months is stretching it if they dont shutter most of their production. Unlike other plays who slowely rolled out operations, AGRA tried to do everything at once before even finishing one of them. Not to mention the business plan is to sell wholesale B2B rather than B2C which most have made it to that stage. That means instead of getting $5-8 per gram it will be more along the lines of $1-3. CPG to grow it must be in the middle of that number at the very least, then cost of sales and administrative costs will burn through whatever margin they had to work with. Im highly doubfull we'll ever see Q1 2021 numbers. The only thing that would save this company is a much bigger RS. Almost like FSD pharma did, to the tune of 203:1. Only problem is RS dont usually end well for current equity holders. They almost always retrace hard after the split and that means the market cap could fall to the area of 10m post consolidation.

The other option, would be to amalgamate with several other small plays and hope that some of them have enough cash on hand to push them through to some sort of revenues. Merge distribution deals / licenses / IP / and try to make one last go of it. The company would be wise to shutter most production after their harvest at delta and focus whatever cash is left at the edibles facility and hope for a miracle.

Just go back through the previous posts. Sorry to see it happen. This company is dead. The share price and share count leave it nowhere to go. EXCEPT!!!!! A reverse split guided by the institutions that have been accumulating 10's of millions of shares at the lowest possible price so they could survive a roughly???( any guesses here?) 1 for 35 split??? Just a thought. I dont have any evidence, this time.

In my opinion, we could be out of business within 6 months MAX if sp does't go up, here's why:

- We can't borrow money, we can't dilute anymore, the sp is worthless and might go to 0.005 cents so no private placement will give us money

MEANING: What we have as money to operate is all we have left. How much money do we need to operate per month ? 1 to 5 millions ? It will takes months to get revenue, and we will get what ? like 15 millions.... and that would be end of Q1 if EVERYTHING starts rolling.

I'm throwing high level numbers but if Boddy wants to dilute to survice, it needs the SP to increase.

If he SP don't go up to AT LEAST 5-7 cents, we are done. No matter what happens, in my opinion it will play out within 6 months.... probably MUCH less than that. SP ABSOLUTELY need to go up in Q4.

I'm pissed as f, don't get me wrong I will lose 25G. This is an absolute disaster and Covid 19 will demolish the economy for another good 10 months. F me.
