How many shares needed to take control of this company??

How many shares needed to take control of this company??It's a long shot, but it is not an unheard-of move. Shareholders can combined their shares through a "Limited Partnership," to effectively take control of a company. This can be done at the "Annual Shareholder's Meeting," by essentially voting to oust current management and elect new management. Frankly, I never thought I would be writing such a suggestive comment.

Consider the fact that 1.5 Billion shares are out there and now consider the number of shares held by "non-management shareholders vs the number of management controlled shares??"

If the shareholders who look to management to guide the company and believe the guidance is not working, then perhaps it is time to consider changing the management through a shareholder takeover. It may sound like mutiny on a grand scale, but the fact is, we, as shareholders, have given existing management a heck of lot of our hard-earned money, whereas they have awarded themselves shares and frankly, have allowed this company to expand its outstanding shareholding far too far - as in 1.5 Billion.

Nobody but nobody, is going to see Agra as anything more than a cheap "Penny Stock," that has only a marginal future, as long as existing manaement is doing nothing to enhance shareholder value, which unfortunately, has all but vanished by allowing share sales to go up to 1.5 Billion shares.

Although I own only 330,000 Shares and being now almost CAN$60,000.00, that hurts. My patience is all but gone, loyalty has all but vanished and seeing this stock stagnating only for the benefit of the "Shorters, it is my humble opinion that something needs to be done, something drastic that will either provide the long awaited shareholder value, or push the short-sellers into the abyss.

Again, the above is my humble opinion and I am just an investor - a part owner of Agra, just like you and the rest of us. Perhaps it is time to consider turning this rudderless tug-boat into a fully functioning "Man-o'-War!!"
