The way this is trading sure looks like someone is in the know - either good or bad,
Maybe someone is getting a big head start on TLSS, either way the sellers have to be exhausted soon.
There just are not that many shares outstanding to support these volumes - has to be interhouse trading it down for accumulation along the way.
No way a new CEO would jump on a sinking ship and risk his reputation.
