I see Soprano is defending this hard. Too bad you wont be buying that Vancouver house. Come on man just because you toured the facilitiy and it was a good idea doesnt mean they have royaly screwed it up. Also AGRA does not employ anyone at Delta those are Houweling employees. I am sure when this all totally falls apart they will keep the greenhouse and not grow one plant just like AAA . This was a great idea 5 years ago and was put in the hands of scammers.  
Watching this thing die right in front of your eyes is painful but also a good lessons to watch for in your other investments. If companies start doing shady deals or missing dealines then GET OUT OF IT. There are plenty of other good companies to invest in. Full diclosure I have no position in any of the companies listed and using this death spiral as a learning opportunity.   If your wondering why I do research and sit at my company on the weekend it is because investing is a full time job. If your a part timer you will part with your money. GLTA
