regardless if Chakana ever pays or Condor ever drills, their incentive is very, very, very low and so is the outcome....have a look, the model is very flawed and for the most part "ONLY WORKS if the SECTOR is ALL OUT RAGE".

Spun my wheels here and several others in the same space, my advice is limit your exposure to this model unless you have 10+ years of patience/pain tolerance ahead....

I think the reason people have been waiting 10+ years is the lack of money. So many Juniors were caught with no options after 2011 peak and crash. Money just dried up everywhere. Crescat taking advantage of it wisely. Condor has I think, sold Soledad to Chakana. I don't see them not executing. That is an accomplishment. Even if we have to wait until April, Condor is going to drill something

Yes, but it should not have taken 10+ years to organize a community and to do something to develop the property long before Covid was even a problem.  Condor has done nothing for the 11 years I've been waiting and if they do not prove up something worthwhile at Pucamayo, there will be a lot of frustrated and dissapointed investors who have stuck it out for so many years.  Condor
