Bashers Gonna Bash, Eh Some people just want to read into something they want to read/see. I read nowhere about a delay, but rather a new study. I will write in to Mark later (I'm sure he's getting his share of letters today).
Nothing wrong with leaving a stock, wishing those still holding well, and coming back to it (the stock) when things are more active, but always playing the Grumpy dwarf and Happy dwarf can be exhausting not only on the dwarf, but the others listening to the whining. Some one is going on "ignore".

This detailed study is expected to be completed by the end of March 2021.......
