RE:RE:Insider Buying"I wish I had more to put into this company."
I know how you feel....
I have followed the dialogue on this board for years now, but I have always been skeptical to add my thoughts because of the plethora of negativity that often accompanies many posts. I just feel that it would be so much more beneficial if members would simply share their thoughts and knowledge in a positive manner rather than the infantile banter that so often takes place.
I’ve decided to post today because I’d like nothing more than to see the ‘’little guy’’ gain some insight from knowledge I might be able to provide, regarding CNC. Like me, you certainly seem to be one of those guys. I am the furthest ‘’thing’’ from a shorter or a pump and dump guy. I have a modest amount invested, I’m in for the long run and I have simply enjoyed doing my DD on CNC. I encourage everyone to do the same. For whatever my 2 cents might be worth….
I have lived in Timmins my entire life (60 years). During the summers of my university years, I worked underground at the Kidd Creek Mine. During that time, I worked with, ate with, drank with and traveled with, numerous miners, foremen geologists and managers. My point is, everyone in this town knows someone who is ‘’informed’’. The general public are well aware of the junior mining operations that frequent our town on a regular basis. The vast majority of diamond drillers who are working these sites are from Timmins. The head geologist working this property is a highly respected local with almost 50 years experience. Trust me, he believes in this discovery. At present nickel prices, this ore body contains more than $30 billion dollars in nickel. It’s location is absolutely ideal.
https://northernontario.ctvnews.ca/billions-of-dollars-of-nickel-beneath-highway-near-timmins-canadian-mining-company-says-1.5131024 The infrastructure is all here, the workforce is readily available, a pre-existing smelter is only a short distance away, four different land claim agreements have been finalized with FN, our Kidd Creek mine will close in 2023 and CNC will be there to provide the necessary waste ore to their facility-a cost saving in the 100’s of millions, the present ore body also contains not only nickel, but cobalt, platinum and palladium. There are presently 3 diamond drilling rigs on site. By 2025, the mine should be fully operational and it can be open pit (exceptionally cost effective). And on a side note, the mayor of our town is George Pirie. He is the past President and CEO of both Breakwater Resources and Placer Dome Inc. He has a close connection with Mark Selby and George is a huge advocate of the project. He’s an authority on the mining industry of our town.
This stock has been the talk of the town for several months. I personally know dozens of friends/colleagues/neighbours who bought in very early. Within a few short years, I know that I will see a shi*load of new pickups, luxury cars, cottages and homes being built in our town. A typical conversation at the grocery store might go like this….
“Hey, how’s it goin?”
‘’Good, you?’’
‘’Yeah, good thanks. Hey, you buy any CNC? Oh yeah, whole damn family is in.’’
‘’So, what are hearin’? ‘’
‘’I’m hearin, conservatively $30 to $40 by 2023.’’
‘’Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus. 'You know who' says it will double its current SP by the spring. Good stuff, eh?’’
‘’Great stuff! Talk of the town, buddy. Talk of the town!’’
