Timmins already has an existing minng infrastructure. Its just off the Timmins-Cochrane Highway, a 30 min drive north of the city (I've driven that road a few times). There is a hydro electric dam a short helocopter ride away on the Mattagami River, with another one just south of Timmins. The ROF is 200+km from the nearest road. That's going to take years to get to. This one is ready to go beside a major highway. I've lived and worked in Timmins for 2 years (Dome and Pamour Mines) so I am rather partial to the area.
