The "market" is sooooo full of shysters, shorts, naked shorts, worriers, cons, manipulators, crooks, organized squeezes, organized run ups, inflated markers, insider manipulation, and the list goes on and on and on, all the way to Pluto and beyond!!
The best calculated risk investment in the ‘market” is to believe in the stock/company/product you’ve chosen and shut out the ”noise’. If you win, great. If you get *%@#ed, well, try your best not to let it happen again.
That’s investing 101, all the way up to post graduation, awesome career, and then death.
The greatest mystery of the stock market – Is that we, investors, still play it when the deal is so stacked against us (little investors).
