RE:RE:GM and Ford. I do believe they are already in the game.  it's a matter of time before we get a ton of news coming out about all aquisitions, affiliations etc. manufacturing facilities will need to be built.   all will be coming out within a small period and we'll know who has who and what has what.  better nickel processing will also be unveiled and so on.  in the mean time, all are just sitting on the clues and will unveil when the prices are right.  like the ford ceo has said "don't bet against ford" so i would reply to that "don't bet against GM either".
