The importance of First Nations partnership.

The importance of First Nations partnership. Looks like Taykwa Tagamou Nation (TTN) is one of the 4 First Nations putting in a bid to add transmission lines to connect the Wawa transformer station and Porcupine transformer station (this one is the Timmins area). This will help strengthen the grid in Timmins. Govt should be making decisions on this contract late this year or early next.

For those that recall, TTN has the MOU with CNC on financing the equipment among other things. Looks like they're pushing hard to get this to work.

Although the the completion of this electrical project won't be ready till later in the decade, it shows commitment by the First Nations. GLTA--------
