Institutions not even in yet. The crazy thing is these major institutions will only now start to sniff this out. That will only add fuel to the fire. This is turning into a runaway freight train. The valuation is still nowhere where it should be. Any other positive news especially govt funding and you'll see another gap up. It still has lots of ground to make. GLTA
