AngloAmerican

Could anyone tell me for sure if AngloAmerican still holds the shares or sold them in the market?

They list their equity holdings in the annual report.  This was released yesterday but no mention of Canada Nickel.  Anyone call Anglo about it? Anglo gave CNC a little bit of money.  Anglo got shares plus future rights.  They could sell their shares and essentially have future rights for nothing. https://africanfinancials.com/document/bw-anglo-2023-ir-q4/

Anglo is listed as a 7.6% shareholder on the latest presentation used in the Red Cloud webinar 11 days ago. From the presentation:  Agnico Eagle (11%) Samsung SDI (8.7%) Anglo American (7.6%)  So Patriot is now defaming the company saying they are presenting false information to the public because he can't go to the company website ? Why hasn't he contacted CNC with his ...more

Defamation?   By questioning your assertions that a deal that is released in a news release that later ends up being some type of charity deal is defamation?  Can you post Red Cloud's disclaimer about the accuracy of what they state?  Red Cloud has no legal obligation to report Anglo's stake.  And the NR states 9.9 percent ownership yet Red Cloud has a lower ...more

Canadian Patriot...for one thing, Anglo paid $1.95 for their common shares and $1.77.  Sounds to me like 1,748.300 FT shares at $2.86  were sold through the bougt deal offering. "The securities offered in the Offering have not, and will not be, registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933.......... Could this explain why they do not show up? Could they be held under ...more

I never mentioned anything about the price that Anglo bought the shares for.  Let me make this simple for you.  They gave the company a little bit of money.  Got shares in return as well as future rights.  If they sell the shares they still have rights.  In other words doesn't seem like they have skin in the game.  Not that much different then the charity deal ...more

You say...."Subsiduary equity holdings seem to be listed in their previous annual report.  Let's see what happens in 2023 which should be coming real soon." Now this is a reasonable suggestion. I agree to wait it out with you. So let us drop the subject in the meantime? As to the share price...I just thought I would point it out for those who might want to see the value in ...more

I have to drop it? Yet you and your fellow CNC Zealots use it over and over to validate the stock? I think the other poster was right in saying, "you got quite the cherries".  I think that hard figurative headshot you experienced from the last person you tangoed with impacted you mental processes.
