So ignore him and comment on the financials that were published on Sedar but went without any sort of announcement until someone noticed them on Sedar and brought it to the board's attention.
I think pbay was partially right, in that the release was the end of May, actual financials cutoff was end of March...you're splitting hairs to try and sling sh!t.
