Net proceeds of the offering will be going towards 


- Buying Metaverse real estate via Metaverse Group (which $COIN owns 50% of)

- Acquiring more defi coins for staking


Investing in the metaverse and defi coins have really paid off for $COIN throughout the past couple months, so it’s great to see them doubling down.
