RE:Covalon wins every single Vascular Access dressing....We know the incumbent was 3M Tegaderm CHG dressing in Saudi Arabia, and likely most of these other Gulf Cooperation Council States. 

I wouldn't doubt if someone at 3M is looking at the numbers and considering a take out offer for Covalon, but I do doubt Covalon is willing to sell for just the value of their advanced wound care business, as they've got several other irons in the fire with other medical devices in development and their medical device coating business. 

I'm not holdng my breath for a strong financial report this quarter, but will be looking to see what those licensing and services revenues indicate in the way of the apparent expansion of "development contracts" over the past three quarters.
