RE:Time to top up.The company can't turn a profit, can't file their financials, is in breach of debt covenants, has a failed ME strategy...shall I go on? Everyone thinks their tech is worth a pretty penny but why pay up for it now? It looks like more dilution is coming...company has been burning through cash at an alarming rate. I wouldn't add to this until they prove they can operate profitably. Otherwise it's throwing good money after bad IMO.
