Price Consolidation Time?

Price Consolidation Time? After such a huge gain in share price from the 2 cent level (70%), it may take some time for the share price to move immediately higher. But try to remain patient. As always, a few shareholders will want to take some of these amazing profits!

But later, I am convinced that there will be much more to come! I am in, for the longer term!

I suggested to management via e-mail that they might consider a spin-out of the Norton Lake 'Ring of Fire' property located far north of CPL's Marshall Lake property. But of course, such a decision would be complicated by the fact that their joint venture partner would have to approve such a decision.

A spin-out of the Norton Lake property with a roll back in that property's share price could possibly allow for some more immediate exploration of that property, if any investor enthusiasm with the right kind of financial backing, might be generated to support such a proposal. Other junior explorers are doing the very same kind of thing.

At this time it appears to me that the market gives little or no value to Copper Lake Resources' Norton Lake property.

Such a spin-out would only have tax implications for those holding CPL shares in a margin, cash account.

With Norton Lake so remote and unaccessible by any easy means, only very expensive helicopter-exploration may be used up there. None of that will happen in the near term with the present, very low, share price valuation. It would be largely a waste of money! No road plans to reach there, presently exist!

Marshall Lake is much cheaper to explore by helicopter. This property is much closer to nearby roadways.

This is just an idea. But it always good for management to find some better means to increase their share price on behalf of their shareholders.

I am looking forward to the next drilling results with great expectation! But the value of the assays from the latest drilling done at the 'build up conductor zone' remains uncertain to me, now that there may be no obvious copper mineralization, readily observed in that drilling core.

But since the core thickness are good, even some lower grade economic mineralization found there could add some significant value to the company's developing asset base. Any discovery there would likely lead to a few more holes drilled at that location to better define any resource that may be found there. Indicator 'pathfinder' mineralization (pyrrohotite) suggests to me that this may still be a possibility. (Check out the Marshall Lake technical reports, if so inclined)

I am looking forward to good drilling results at the deeper conductive sites. Stacked plates of mineralization could be indicators of a very valuable resource, much greater than a couple million tonnes! (Think about the Lalor deposit in Hudbay's Snow Lake region! And their Snow Lake mining started out with much smaller scale, but mineable deposits. And there still exist, many more satellite deposits, each adding continuing value to that company in the Snow Lake region!) Catch my drift?

Everyone would hope that their invested company might find a big motherload, consisting of 30 to 50 million high grade tonnes, even if that dream, does seem a little remote! But even a 5 to 20 million tonne, high grade resource, found here at Marshall Lake, would be a very substantial find! Glencore's Kidd Creek VMS deposit was once as big as 138 million tonnes! What a mine that became! They do exist!

The new drilling equipment, now available to be helicoptered in, can certainly drill deep enough to give us the necessary information that may lead some of us to want to invest, much more capital here!

If future drilling campaigns, do continually discover more substantial mineralization, over the near term, at Marshall Lake, possibly as early as even, the end of this year, all investors here, could become, very pleased!

But it will still take, much more time to fully understand the scale in size of this resource at each deposit. The Marshall Lake property is huge! Many satellite deposits would also need to be given a more modern resource definition and evaluation with future drilling campaigns. But their existence would only add more value to any first mine and mill that might be eventually built here!

Historical drilling data already gives every indication that much more valuable mineralization will be found at many diverse, but nearby locations to the main deposit! (Again read the Marshall Lake technical reports!) Smaller, seemingly independent deposits, may also be found later, by drilling, to be well connected together underground, but at much deeper levels!

And no drilling was ever done east of Marshall Lake! What might the company find over there? There are plenty of geophysical targets, yet to drill. It only takes resolve and the money to make it happen!

Future private placements may be necessary soon. But they will cost the company less in share price dilution in a rising share price environment. And more keenly interested shareholders will want to take part in this better, price point action! Future private placements will become, more fully subscribed!

Investing now in Copper Lake Resources has now become, very timely! But remember, only the drill bit, may make us, very rich!

Good luck with all of your investments!

                                                  All the best! Java
