The undersigned is responsible for the preparation of a portion (Sections 19, 21 and 22) of the Technical Report titled: “NI 43-101 Technical Report, Preliminary Feasibility Study on Canadian Premium Sand Inc.’s Wanipigow Silica Sand Deposit in Manitoba, Canada”, with an effective date of 28 May 2019 (the “Technical Report”) by the Company.
Pursuant to Section 8.3 of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, this letter constitutes the consent of the undersigned and John T. Boyd Company, to being named in the Company’s press release dated June 12, 2019 (the “Release”) and to the public filing and use of the Technical Report and to extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the Release and in any of the materials incorporated by reference therein (collectively, the “Disclosure”).
The undersigned hereby confirms that he has read the Disclosure and that the Disclosure fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Reports.
