The daily volume speaks there aren't any buyer's willing to jump in and there aren't to many sellers willing to take less either. So until it drops more you won't see the volume or a change in trend. To stir the pot to put it simply.
And i have been keeping a eye on cq to make a move out of this range. But it hasn't even though everyone keeps calling for it each week. The problem is it has sat in this range to long. People are going to take their money the longer it sits here. And move on and come back when it gets going better. Just my opinon on what i've seen in the past for most stocks that don't get news soon enough to tell investors why their holding longer.
