That is nothing unless they take it further. 2 million over 3 years amounts to nothing when it comes to minning anything. They are adding shares to this small float on every deal. They sold pp at 5cents. 22mil more shares.
The terms are over 5 years and less then what its trading for right now.
A 60% interest in CERTAIN thermal coal properties. Which ones? How do you look over these properties that they don't name? To do any dd to see what they really bought. Very small i'd say when you get a 60% interest for 500k And 4 million shares that are worth how much if you can sell them.
Sorry to be so negative towards a stock i don't own. Just answering ride the hypes question as to. Nothing?
Only post for info or thoughts on this deal. Stocks are tricky. You have to read what they are really saying .
Who is really buying these shares to keep price up at .25 when they did pp at 5 cents?
