Private Placement
The Company has entered into a private placement of 22,000,000 units at a price of
.05 per unit for gross
proceeds of $1,100,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant for the
purchase of one further common share of the company within five years, at the price of
.10 per share for
first year,
.15 per share for the second year,
.20 per share for the third year and
.30 per share for the
fourth and fifth years.
This transaction is currently pending regulatory approval.
Babu could run this company better imo

The focus is based on the NR from Sept, my friend!! One more thing, didn't they send Babu back to India because Elaine forgot to check Jerry's mail while he was gone. And in his mail box was Babu's immigratioin papers with an important deadline for him to stay in the States. Anyways, tale of the tape, shall be next week! George
