Yes,but it's unusual to get them the first thing in the morning at a lower price than the closing price of the previous day, and when the bid is $0.02 and the ask is $0.025.

A million shares going on the low side and the first trades of the day is a dump in my opinion or someone trying to manipulate the price.
I have found that they usually won't let you in  at the lower price and keep you from selling at the higher price.
