RE: possible oil at $40.00

Possible conscription and military call up if we do not get the reasons for $40.00 oil settled and soon. Gun battles in Bethlehem at the church of the Nativity, Attacks in New York, the P.P.C.L.I. battling in the hills of Afganistan. We may well get oil to $40.00 a barrel for old CQV but will be rationed to five gallons per family per month, also two bananas, one orange and one pair of rubber boots a year. Hope we can calm things down soon!!!!!
