1 down...2 to goThe 3 conditons identified in the news release to successfully complete its reorganization are:
1- the closing of the financing announced in Stockwatch on April 5, 2004,
2- the closing of the AFED agreement,
3- as well as meeting all of its obligations under the amended plan, the essential elements of which were described in the news in Stockwatch of March 10 and March 31, 2004. The company has 45 days to satisfy these obligations, unless otherwise extended by a court order.
The first one was probably the easiest, the second one you have to think is just a matter of time. I mean the guy did come to the Rock to put a face on the project. The third will take care of itself in time IF we do things right. ie. proper seismic, drilling and effective means of transporting oil to market.
