RE: RE: New strategy todayNo, blaggers, not at all.
This is the strategy that he should have been implementing all along to sell his shares.
I mean obviously with 6 to 10 billion dollars of resrouce in the ground and it is easily minable with roads and power and shallow depth for open pit and with tantalum 300 percent up and getting more scarce with the Congo supply coming off line March 31st, I think he is wrong to sell even a single share at any price in the last year.
However, if he has to sell......
a refreshing ask is much more beneficial to a stock price going up and stablizing. Imagine if you will at 39 cents last month if he didn't throw 2 or 3 million at the bid, but just had 20 thousand at 39 and if someone bought 39, then he put 20 more thousand out to sell. It would have gone all day at 39. Instead he through a million at the bid and suddenly traders see .375 and realize they don't have to chase 39, they can wait for 375.
You can go a long time with a 'refreshing ask' and sell an incredible amount without ruining the momentum. The buyers still have to pay the higher price and the chase is always on for the higher price.
No momentum is destroyed.
A 'refreshing ask' is always better if you have to sell. You get more for your shares. You keep the momentum going up.
If only he had always chosen this method to sell, the price would be vastly different.
So, no, not at all, not desperate at all. Desperate is throwing a 'market' order at the bid. That is desperate. That is gotta get out now behaviour. And stops rallies right in their tracks.
I pray he employs the same strategy tomorrow.
