RE: Insider trading

RE: Insider tradingSo the last of the 20s was February 9th, and then they moved on to the 30s.

Excellent news to say the least.

As far as the recent sales,  I am fairly certain that last week when the retail investor was shutout because of the name change, that Joe was selling.

In fact, in a rally to 33 cents, Joe was the only seller really.  Anonymous sold some 400 thousand shares.  Also, anonymous sold about 250 thousand to 300 thousand today too.

So I think there is something that is not caught up because of the name change.

Either that, or these are not registering as insider filings anymore because he is under 10 percent since his sale of February 11th.

Obviously, if that is the case, then we are in the dark how many he has left.  If he is under 10 percent that would make his total at under 10 million because there is a 100 million float, and if he has sold some 4 to 5 million at least since February 11, you would guess perhaps in the range of 3 to 5 million are left.

I have to be honest here.  I am just trying to come up with some educated guess based on the amount I see 'anonymous on the sell side daily.

I wish this was easier to follow.

I guess the only way we will know for sure is when we don't see anonymous on the sell side anymore on the daily trade house positions.

On another note, if you will permit, he might be done at CDO with his shares.  I predict a huge rally in that stock when he is finished.  I have not seen an anonymous there at CDO in 5 days.  The CEO tells me he can't know for sure, but thinks it is close to no more Joe.
