RE:Newcomer21I chose 23 cents based on the support level that was well established earlier. I could have said 20 cents but went a little higher based on the strength it has shown. The late day surges on the share price this past week or so has me thinking that there is manipulation going on. I tend to be ultra suspicious of these patterns so you can disregard my paranoia. I remain out of CRE at this time.
