CRE share price will be volitile due to many factors....but the uncertainty of the viability of the Rose project seems to be gone...BUT completing the fesibility is a major hurdle, and thus some investors are not holding for the long term and waited for the volume to spike to exit!
After selling all of my position few years back, I have started to buy in today slowly and was relieved that I got in at low prices.....hopefully can add more below the 0.30 mark.

The potential value of the Rose project is anywhere between $400 million to $500 million based on its preliminary study a few years back.  However this value should go up as more info. comes out of this partnership and the price of the commodities.  The share price currently is based on uncertainty of the overall costs of the mine to bring into production and as well what will the 25% be worth for the partner if they excerise their option to buy in.  I think the share price will steadily and very slowly climb provided the news that comes out is positive along the way!

The low gas prices are not having any effect on people  not buying hybirds or battery powered vehicles....people these days are more concerned with the carbon footprint they are leaving behind rather then deciding with their wallets....Electric vehicles/hybirds are the future in the coming few years as Telsa will lead the way in this marketplace, and hopefully others like Toyota will follow in a big way as well!
