Comex has posted the minutes of their Feb 24 meetingThere is a brief mention of their discussion regarding the rose, it's been about two months since their deadline to submit comments after the public hearings, there were no comments submitted so I assume that they are ready to make their recommendation however they are probably waiting until after the May 28 deadline for submission of comments regarding the federal permit. They meet again on May 27, will we see a decision then or will it come during their June meeting? Or will they wait longer???
